Shipping varies depending on the number of items ordered. Shipping ranges from $.76 to $4.61 for single items.

We ship orders using the least expensive shipping method possible. Your item should reach you in 2-5 days.

We ship orders Monday – Friday. In-stock products will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (tracking unavailable on single pack orders).

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Missing Tracking Number," and include your full name and order number.

If the shipping address provided was correct and you still can't find the package, you may need to contact your local post office. 

If you are still unable to find the package, please reach out and we can attempt to remedy the situation. grip'ems is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Provided your order hasn't been shipped, you can send an email to [email protected] at any time.

If your package is already shipped, we are unable to divert it to a new address. We suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set up a forwarding address for future mailings. 

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

Return any unused products within 30 days and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Orders must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original order delivery date.

Email [email protected] within 14 days to order a replacement item and to get instructions on how to return your item(s).
